        How the line runs

        1. Step in. 0.001 ETH or more takes a place, one per wallet, twelve places, until the first out. For holders of 10,000 $CHIPLINE.
        2. Chip. The round clock starts at place two. While it runs, chip again to stay off the bottom. No chip this round counts as zero.
        3. Out. Clock at zero: the smallest chip of the round is out. Tie: the smaller stack, then the later place.
        4. Split. The out place's whole stack splits evenly to everyone still in line. No cut.
        5. Last chip. One place left: it takes its own stack back plus every split it collected. A new line opens.
        Worked round

Eight in line, round 3. Chips this round: 0.004, 0.003, 0.003, 0.002, 0.002, 0.002, 0.001 and one place that sat. The sitter is out: its stack of 0.009 splits seven ways, 0.0012857 to each. Round 4 starts with seven, everyone at zero again.

Anyone can call the out once the clock is at zero; the contract picks the smallest chip, never a person. Credits are pulled with the pull button. A place alone in the line before anyone is out can step away with its stack.
